Política de Devoluciones y Reembolsos: La Salsa Tacos de Canasta
En La Salsa Tacos de Canasta, priorizamos la satisfacción del cliente y nos esforzamos por brindar una experiencia positiva y fluida en cada pedido. Esta política describe los términos y condiciones para solicitar un reembolso de los productos adquiridos a través de nuestro sitio web.
Elegibilidad para Reembolso
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Para ser elegible para un reembolso, deben cumplirse las siguientes condiciones:
- Solo Pedidos con Envío Nacional: Los reembolsos se aplican exclusivamente a pedidos enviados a nivel nacional. Los pedidos locales para recogida en persona no son elegibles para reembolso.
- Solicitud de Reembolso Oportuna: La solicitud de reembolso debe enviarse dentro de los 5 días posteriores a la fecha de compra.
- Prueba de Compra: Se requiere el número de pedido y el correo electrónico de confirmación. Por favor, reenvíe su correo de confirmación a info@tacos-lasalsa.com para su verificación.

Razón para la Solicitud de Reembolso:
- Pedido No Recibido: Si no ha recibido su pedido, por favor contacte al Servicio al Cliente de FedEx para reportar un paquete perdido. No se otorgarán reembolsos por paquetes perdidos.
- Pedidos Incorrectos: Si su pedido es incorrecto, por favor proporcione fotos del paquete (mostrando todos los paquetes de tacos), junto con el número de su pedido y el correo de confirmación. No se otorgarán reembolsos si la cantidad de paquetes de tacos no coincide con la cantidad especificada en la sección de "Escoger Guisos" de su pedido.
Proceso para Solicitar Reembolso
Para iniciar una solicitud de reembolso, por favor envíenos un correo electrónico a info@tacos-lasalsa.com con toda la documentación requerida. Las solicitudes de reembolso que no cumplan con los requisitos de elegibilidad establecidos en esta política pueden ser rechazadas.
Procesamiento de Reembolsos
Si su solicitud de reembolso es aprobada, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación. Los reembolsos se procesarán mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra y se efectuarán dentro de un plazo de 7-10 días hábiles.

Refund Eligibility. To be eligible for a refund the following requirements must be met:
- Must be a national shipping order: Local orders for in-person pickup are NOT eligible for refund.
- Timely Request: You must start your application within 5 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase: We will ask for your order number and confirmation email. Please forward your confirmation email to info@tacos-lasalsa.com.
- Reason for refund request: If you never received your order, please contact FedEx Customer Service to report a lost package. No refunds will be given for lost packages. If your order is wrong, we ask that you send us photos of your shipment (showing all the taco packages), order number, and your order confirmation email. Please forward your confirmation email to info@tacos-lasalsa.com. Refunds will not be given if the quantity of taco packages is not equal to what was written in Special Instructions.
- Process your refund: Please send us an email at info@tacos-lasalsa.com with all the information mentioned above to begin the refund request. We have the right to refuse your refund if you do not meet ALL of the requirements set out in this policy.
- Refund payment: If your refund request is approved, you will be sent a confirmation email. The refund will be processed by the same payment method used to place your order. Refund must be made within 7-10 business days.
